| There are two types (at least two) of Deutsch crimp terminals.
The ones that require the 4 pins to press in at the same time are really nice terminals, but I don't know of any inexpensive crimper.
I use the terminals which use the F- type crimp. These have the two wings for the wire and two wings for the insulation support. I use the same crimper that I had for AMP terminals. These F crimpers are available in a number of different types, and when used carefully will produce a good crimp. The terminals I use came from Waytek, but there are other sources as well. | |
