Subject: Rupert's definition of misguided

SD/ND/FL
From my last two threads.

"I think our country needs to start showing some personal accountability. As I've mentioned before, I've been lucky in my life and I don't mind giving to those that haven't been so lucky (your parents being the primary factor in your success IMO which is a factor of luck).

- No one wants to raise taxes, but it needs to be done!
- It's seems that the government is physically unable to vote for spending cuts, but they need to be done!
- Everyone agrees that our long-term benefit obligations are too burdensome but no one wants to do anything about them. But they need to be dealt with!"

&

I wouldn't be sad to see the value of my farmland decrease in the short-term because....

"That will likely mean...

1) We've kept the world fed, decreasing the probability of war

and/or

2) Interest rates have risen (due to either the fed or the market) and that will impede our growing debt

Just food for thought...."

IF THAT'S MISGUIDED, THEN I'M A PROUD MISGUIDED SOUL. AS FOR MY FATHER PASSING AWAY AT 55 AND LEAVING MY SISTER AND I WITH SOME LAND, WE FEEL LUCKY AND FORTUNATE. IT IS WHAT IT IS. I'LL GO ON WORKING MY OFF-FARM JOB, PROVIDING FOR MY FAMILY, AND HELPING THOSE NOT AS FORTUNATE AS ME AS OFTEN AS I CAN.

YOU GO ON TWISTING PEOPLES WORDS, THOUGHTS, AND INTENTIONS. I HOPE IT SERVES YOU WELL
