NEIN | You proved my point then, many are paying huge sums of income tax. Me, I have land but at my age having new machinery makes life so much more enjoyable. Of course in your case you only show 1000 acres, 500 owned, imagine 1000 owned and 1000 rented what a guy could do. This wont last for ever thats for sure and when it does collapse the returns on the high dollar ground wont look so good, it also assumes you had those three good years already or will have three more in the future.
