Tonight I roasted one of the birds we got as payment. I used an oven bag to keep the juices in. I'm not trying to brag, but the chicken was PHENOMENAL. I mean, really, really good...lean-tasting but not dry. My friend did a great job raising these birds and the proof was in the tasty dinner we had tonight. |
