Columbia Basin, Ephrata, WA | I've got the letter at least three times. First time I went in for selection but didn't get picked. The second time was just a few months after the first, which I thought was a little much. Turns out you're excused if you've been called in the last 12 months. The third time I was supposed to report in September, which is in the top two for months of the year when I just can not be away. I got that one postponed until January. I ended up going in twice in January and got seated once, on a drug case. It was a giant waste of time, the guy was caught red handed. It was kind of irritating to think how much time and money was wasted because the guy thought someone might be dumb enough to believe he was innocent.
