If Obama wins what changes? They already think they are the smartest guys in the room and will continue lead that way - hsus may even get a cabinet position. I think Obama is dissatisfied with the press he is getting, but I think he (and/or his handlers) is doing what he wants. It's odd that seasoned pundits talk about brokering deals in congress and other nonsense. It's been barely 2 years where Obama didn't have total control (and he inherited it also), so I think whatever grand standing about bipartisanship that goes on is just a smoke screen and it will be business as usual. Executive orders, bills that have to be passed to see what's in it, etc.

Oddly if Romney could get back to the level of conservatism that Clinton showed (sans the sex) it would do a lot of good (can't believe I'm saying that). Workfare makes more labor available at reasonable prices (starting wages are a good thing) and I do think he will reign in regulation - epa and others. Maybe he'll take a middle of the road position on global warming and set some reasonable, attainable standards for coal and claim we are good for the next 100 years (which we are anyway, but I think victory has be declared so we can go on).
