NW Central Ohio | Go for a 9 shank...and you'll get more speed, which will translate into better residue coverage. Traction shouldn't be a problem with the right size tires. My 7230 will pull my 9 shank Krause disc chisel at 4.6-5.2 MPH and it has MFWD and 18.4-46 duals. It actually has so much traction that in good conditions I'm tempted to turn off the front wheel assist, because the slippage meter usually runs lower than what they consider to be most efficient. | |
