Nebraska | Seward is an old town hence the brick homes also many of the streets used to be brick as with many of the early settled towns. Major brick foundry located in Hastings. Also brick can take the high winds and tornado storms better. There are a lot of jobs around Seward just have to look. My wife is a Bulldog alum and you can't ask for a better education. Excellent restaurants in Lincoln and Chances R in York are local favorites. But for sit down resturant I think you caught most of them. Seward is a bedroom community for Lincoln but many homes were built a few years ago when a tornado hit the east side of town. | |
