If I remember right ,happyfarmer is in Southern Iowa-a quick learnin would be fore a North Western Iowa farmer to buy ground there-its different every 1 mile,wet in the spring and drys off during summer,then wet in the fall when they want to harvest-lot of ground sold there in 80's for3-$500 a acre when northern Iowa was holding at $1000 plus
