| had the bright idea of growing a 1000 broilers for a FFA project, Thought most would buy them live and butcher themselves to save money,,,,,my research was flawed,,,,zero did.
2 of us cleaned 80 a day at least, sometimes more, day after day we cleaned dead chicks.
We never threw on the ground because they got too dirty,,,,had funnels we bled them in. Had a good picker machine and a propane sin-ger(sp). Made a pipe rack hanging them with # 9 wire and water pipe
Had a good system and trucked right thru them. | |
