| There are a lot of other factors to consider: is it close, does it take a lot of water from other farms, terraced, tiled, actual soil types, production history etc. but bottom line the biggest factor is your cash position. If you can pay cash or have a lot of equity in other property, I'm sure you'll find a way to make it work. If this puts you in a highly leveraged situation, I would not. | |
