NW Washington | Put cold packs on the areas of worst pain a couple times a day. Walk as much as possible, like 30 minutes to an hour each day. And get that thick wallet out of your rear pocket. Take whatever over the counter pain meds you can tolerate.
You can take Tylenol when you can't take things like aspirin and ibuprofen.
Try a few treatments from chiropractor or get help from a physical therapist.
It is going to take time to get over it, so don't expect any miracle cures. | |
