$30,000 turn key, I just did a 6 ton this year all new insulated duct work and all, nothing from the old system was left. You may do it a little cheaper if you went with a 5 ton. I was eligible for a $4,500 cash rebate from my local co-op and and there should be an $8,000 fed. tax credit but I haven't gotten that far yet to see how easy that is to get, should be no problem.
