NE SD | The auctioneers here have it like they won the lottery. They are getting 3-4% here and 10 yrs ago land was 700/ac and now its 7000/ac and they still get the same percentage. So a 160 acre quarter they made 3360 10 yrs ago and now they make 33600. And they have sold many many parcels this year alone. All a auctioneer has to have is peoples trust and that takes many years to build. | |
