I am one of those guys that sends out letters trying to rent new land. I do understand the other side of it, but this is America and I can grow a business that will feed my kids. I got a few termination letters this year, but that is OK because I got more lease agreements lined up. I do understand their frustration, but I lack pity for them. After all they are the ones running up my rent...
