Grabill, Indiana | We did not price against steel on a apples to apples basis. We chose the stick build over pole for a couple of reasons. First and foremost we wanted a stronger structure and wanted to have concrete floors. Using the footer/wall combination allows us to have a better concrete floor and we never have to worry about rotting poles. Another benefit of the stud is that we can easily insulate the entire building and cover it with steel if we ever decide to make this a dedicated shop.
