Southwest OK | I'm glad Jim is our " beef ambassador", at least he is passionate and articulate about what he does. I have never read a post of his that said you should do things his way. He simply states how and why he does something and tells the results. It is refreshing to hear something besides "because that's how grandpa always did it so it must be the only way so any other way is wrong."
You do have some legitimate questions but I think your asking them for the wrong reasons. His farm, his cattle, his right to raise them any way he sees fit. | |
