Ok, now you get to be Capt O. My point is that most of the time we are overweight because we want to eat more often that we should to go along with eating more than we should. It's not a real hunger thing - it's often a coping tool or just habit. I, we, eat because we want to instead of when we should. My point was how much less of this I have when I get enough sleep. If I just eat when I'm supposed to it's all good (that moderation thing).
yes........ I get it, if you eat too much, eat unhealthy and too often you will gain weight. (obviously)(: If you don't change how you eat and live and have weight problems......... you will never loose a thing. You can work yourself to misery and you can still gain weight. If you decide to sleep day and night instead of eat, you will loose weight. Also chooseing something that avoids a lot of calories helps. Lower you carbs and maintain your proteins.
