2 eggs
1 cup milk
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon sugar
pinch of salt
Mix and fry in hot pan, thin and about 8 inch diameter when done. Spread butter and sugar on them, roll up and eat. Best is kids eat them as fast as you make them.
Depending on weather somtimes use less flour.
