That makes sense. They were popular for awhile in carbureted engines but TBFI is another thing. I know my 72 Chevy Camper Special I pulled the trailer with the 88 pulling tractor had one, this thread just reminded me of hunting for the valve under the seat when the engine sputtered on the other tank.
