When I was offered $100,000 to expand my farm operation but I was full time ag teacher. I didn't take it. Others did, a few made it but most went belly up in the 80's. And I do mean MOST.
It was called Production Credit Association then and the Farm Credit change never registered with some people.
Why hate?
