Says to use them for diesel only but has anyone ever used one of these RDS auxiliary tanks in a gasoline pickup and had it hooked into the fuel system of the truck?

Bad idea or ok?

Time to start looking for a new pickup as the ole 7.3 F350 has finally let me down. I need a heavy duty truck but don't necessarily need a diesel this go around. Quite a few good deals on gas trucks now.
