1 cup flour 1/2 cup water
2 eggs 1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk 2 tbs butter; melted

whisk the flour and eggs together. whisk in the milk and water. whisk in the salt and butter.
melt a small amount of butter in a samll skillet over medium high heat. As soon as it's metled, pour 1/4 cup of batter and tilt the pan to cover the surface evenly.
fry for about 2 mintues or til bottome is lightly brown. Loosen with a spatula and flip. fry til lighlty browned.
As I removed from fry pan, I dust them lightly with powdered sugar and stack on a plate...this makes the sugar melt in.

Filling:
1 Quart sliced strawberries
2 Tbl sugar.
Slice the berries and sprinkle with sugar. Let stand.

1/2 pint FRESH WHIPPED CREAM (NO cool whip or such imitators :)
1/4 powdered sugar

Whip cream and add powdered sugar. Drain the berries and fold into the whipped cream.
Fill each crepe and roll up jellyroll fashion.
Dust with powdered sugar.
Refrigerate til serving.
