| Pat you are right with getting enough sleep helps with weight loss. For one thing if you are sleeping you aren't eating. But there are some other things about sleep that help weight loss too. I don't follow any single plan to lose weight. It is pretty much just calories in and calories out. Portion control and exercise. Of course common sense tells us that a diet that is full of sweets and simple carbs won't be good for you, but if you watch how many calories you take in you could still lose on it. But I think if you stick with lean proteins and fruits and veggies you have a better chance of feeling full and lasting longer on this new way of eating. You should try and have protein with every meal too. Wish it was easier. Good luck | |
