Maybe try the Google translate thing. It seems to work pretty well for European languages, not sure how it would do for Thai. English is fairly common in a lot of countries.

I just had a look at Google Translate and it does translate to Thai. I'd send the message in both English and Thai. You just copy and paste from GT to your e-mail.
