You did nothing bad.  I just wanted to clairify.  Your comments were appreciated.  I did a poor job of explaining.  He's an over achiever and had been coding 12 hours a day.  He was valedictorian, top of his class at the university etc.  Always pushing.  I'm just happy this is a trail walk and not some moutain climbing thing.
