North End I-15
First off , Prayers out for the BIL and family
This week was a bit slower on weight loss . Too many activities with good food .
Down to 208 , a two pound loss for the week . Am happy be trending down no matter how insignificant the loss .
At this rate it will be 14 weeks to target weight . I can live with that

Breakfast usually is a microwaved egg or a whole wheat toast with peanut butter and sugar free jam.
Used to always love Bacon/sausage. ,eggs , hash browns toast , milk , coffee and a orange . But then It was out the door to work .
Now I may just sit and read for an hour or two while having coffee. Then piddle around the farm at odd jobs or shop projects . No more 12- 16 hour days on the run .
I love retirement :>)

Mike , a couple beers are good for you . Tom T Halls song "I like Beer " as a reference :>)
