If they waive the RFS it only means a short term sharp drop in price because it will scare the big money. They eplants will buy more corn cause farmers will get scared and sell. Later down the road the livestock guys will be in more trouble because the supply will be shorter. Waiving the RFS does not make sense. That's why I'm afraid it may happen. Things don't always make sense when dealing with government agencies. Depends on who owes who a favor
