Thanks everybody for the info. Sounds like some areas are better off than other. I think some people could better themselves by moving to a different area. Also some of these entry level jobs can be the open door to more opportunity. I have noticed good people taking lower entry level paying jobs but were promoted real fast to better positions because good companies are always looking for talent from within. I know we do that on our farm.
