Amherst WI | I don't know anyone other than a 17 year old looking for a job that can't find one. Same as stated above nobody will hire someone under the age of 18. He is a great kid and will bust his butt off. I hire him for sweeping bins and unloading hay.
That said, I think this is more of an urban problem. Last I knew the black male unemployment rate in Milwaukee was close to if not more than 50%, however who knows how many of them where looking for employment either (and I don't mean that in any other way than I typed it).
