I know a couple truck drivers who were let go/"downsized" due to the wind energy subsidy nearing the end. Both were unemployed for less than 48 hours.

I talked to a business owner who needed help, one guy he knew from his church(who he thought would be a good fit) told him, "No way am I going back to work as long as I can collect unemployment."
