The point is Terry it doesn't take much of a radish to get a return on my farm. That is a personal decision I can't recommend to someone else unless they corner me. There is benefit in the gas exudates when they sprout or I wouldn't see the 12 bushels of wheat I get planting SRWW and radish in October.

It surely is too late to see those big radishes I have today I sowed in August. My excavator guy was so impressed he took some home. I told him there was taproot 50 inches deep, he said BS so we took the hoe and dug. The roots were right at 50 inches.

That is impressive but I don't need that much radish to get a yield increase on my farm. That is a personal decision one must learn himself.
