Fsis/usda starts w those this fall ( or has perhaps already started ). enables a one shot test on meat, fat, liver, and kidney for 50 contaminents. pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, other drugs, hormones etc etc. pretty good source for "origin" notes on problem locals. i would imagine the "50 scan" test works on milk too. just another advancement of change this year.
