I know what you're goings through. Little over a year ago we lost our red heeler when she ran in front of the trash man. She rode everywhere with me on the Mule or in the back of the pickup. Worst part was my wife saw it happen. It's gonna hurt for a while but think about looking for another dog. It's not going to take her place but I think it helps the healing process.
