Culbertson, MT		My wife and I live on the farm that mom's folks bought in 1926 or so. We moved into the folk's house after dad died in 2005, and mom wanted us a little closer- we had been living on a small place we bought in 1993. We're in the northeast corner of MT, current west edge of the Middle Bakken oil shale play.

We raise beef cattle, hay and spring wheat. Its been like that since our great-grandparents came into the area from Minnesota (mom's grandparents) and Norway (dad's grandparents and wife's as well). It was great to grow up close to the grandparents, our kids got so much from being close to the grands, and when May rolls around we will get to start our turn with grandkids!
