Elizabethtown,KY		I live within 3 miles of where I lived from the time I was 6 until I graduated from college in 1970. My dad was a working manager on a diversified 700 acre farm that had a dairy, beef cows, hogs and tobacco, he left there in 1971 when it was sold out from under him and started renting land and after my wife graduated in 1973 we moved back down here and I farmed with dad for many years. I built a house on one of the rented farms in 1979, was able to buy an adjoining farm in 1993 and the one across the road from it in 2005, so I've lived in a small area for many years.
