We bought 4 single phase 10 hp Baldor's when we added on to our grain handling system 4 years ago. 3 of those 4 motors failed within 3 years. Baldor wouldn't do anything about it, we repaired them at our expense.
I've bought a couple Daytons since then and they haven't failed
