Chisel plow not staying in the ground

Try changing the height of the hitch point on the chisel plow. If the pull point is too low on the chisel I think it will tend to scoot over the ground and not go in the ground. I remember that happening to me once with an old JD chisel which also had big sweeps. I think the big sweeps might be referred to as "wheat land sweeps."
And yes that is a chisel plow.
