I've run a hard hose irrigator for three years and have finally come to the conclusion that they are the least efficient way to apply water. Lots of work and fuel, I pump with diesel. And when the wind picks up you may as well shut them off.
I am in the proccess of going to a couple of linears for next year. I am fortunate enough to have fields that fit them well.
Hard Hose irrigation reel guns???
