Columbia City, Indiana | Jim, why do you do all the extra work of hauling the calves to different butcher shops, then going back and picking the meat up and delivering it? I could see that if you used one shop that was convenient for you but not for some of your customers like I do, but if you're already taking the calf to a shop that is closer to wherever they live, why don't you make them go pick it up?
