North Central Oregon
Dry here in North Central Oregon. .14" rain total here July/August/September. Was just seeing on the news out of Portland they are at .25" for July/August/September just 9% of normal Precip for the period...4th driest on record and no indication of rain in the forecast until at least October 15th. Hope the old adage about planting in the dust holds true for Soft white wheat!
