southern MN | Back in junior high school we made those in shop class - the teacher had a metal form, you dunked it in the goo, and baked it.
That was kinda fun class, we pressed out plastics and composites of several types, had a heated high pressure press, and other tools. Even did some spot welding. Kinda forgot about it, exposure to a lot of different machines that one doesn't see every day, how things are made.
