West Texas
Gene, just got in from making the morning rounds. Got 1.35" in the gauge here at the house and the couple of others I checked had about that much.
This should be enough to get the turn rows up around the pivots. The wheat we planted 2 weeks ago is really looking good now. (watered up) and you can row the radishes now too.

Best I can tell this rain covered quite a bit of the Permian Basin and southern Plains. Midland had 2.5" overnite Thursday night causing lots of flooding in the Midland/Odessa/ Big Spring area. Haven't heard how much more they got after that. Some places had pretty big downpours while ours fell slow and gentle.

Lubbock had quite the storm Wednesday evening I think it was receiving 2-3" in places.
