Saronville NE | Been there TNfarmer, several yrs ago, spent $16k on a tranny on a used tractor we had just bought and hadnt even made my first payment, the payment was about a month away. 2 yrs ago spent $30k between a combine and a swather fixing, this is on a small farm, Im still paying for the 2 yr ago repairs, cant eat those kinda repair bills in 1 year on a small farm. Repairs are getting outragous anymore too. We had wheel bolts brak on our 8300 this summer that let the back tire fall off, it ruined the cast center, the rim, the fender, tailight, and tore a wireing harness out, when all said and done had $4k in that little mishap. | |
