Microsoft money to record every transaction. Even the ones on the credit card. Build categories that match your tax forms, and every transaction goes to a category.
Then turbo tax business edition to put it into the tax forms.
Receipts are stored in alphabetical folders.
Our stuff is pretty simple. Only schedule F and C for trucking business.
