Plenty of good clouds in New Mex the past week, been blowing over E.
Good deal, wheat country needs it.
Tend to think there's about a 0% chance of the S ( from the Neb / KS line on South ) being dry in 013.
( statistically it's a pretty slim chance the whole S does not get h2o this winter, in this weather pattern )..
At last, a rain that didn't miss me.
