North central Iowa | Yes that is a 12 yd. scraper full of dirt, we cabled it down to it in case of a wind coming up. Insise there is a wagon tire at the peak with a cable to hold the roof up and then six cable winches through the middle of the tire rim that run down and mount on brackets on the third sheet from the bottom. We lifted a little pressure on the roof and then cranked the winches to take most of the weight. We moved a 36' x 6 ring the week before with a 40-ton crane but could only lift this 10-ring a few inches so they had to bring in a 100-ton to get the job done. | |
