WOW!  I could change a few words............Mine is 17 years younger, he is an "Investment Broker", they've sold all but 200 acres that Dad didn't want to buy.  I told him if he didn't, I was going to (2 miles from home place, great dirt......).  It was on contract and they can't sell it yet.  They've used the money to pay 2 prices for little bro's house, bought a lot in a fancy development that bro ended up using to build his fine house and build storage units.  I feel your pain.  We will make it!
