I guess I find someone who doesnt have any family to take over their operation. Show them that you would be an honest, dependable, hard worker, willing to put in the time to benefit both parties. There are opprotunities out there, just have to be willing to make that extra effort. Can be win/win for both. Maybe livestock, custom work? Field tiling? Good luck to him!
