Central Kansas
Are they using Veris or Grid sampling to make the maps? Veris provides e.c. Maps and is a good predictor if pH but in my estimation it really doesn't give you much for what you pay. I would suggest calling Servi-tech or Crop Quest in Dodge city. Both are large independent crop consulting firms who work with this technology on a regular basis and do not try to sell you products other than consulting services. Since your in UFC territory I assume you're somewat close to the Nebraska line and there are a lot of Servi-tech fieldmen along the I-80 corridor so it might not take long to get one down to talk to you. Our coop contracts precision sampling work through them and they do a great job of supplying knowledge on a timely basis.

Don't give up it can work but find a reliable provider that you can trust for good info.

Good luck
